Account & Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with 5+ years of experience

Are you ready to make an impact in a fast-growing startup? We’re looking for young,
energetic, and agile Sales professionals who can work across various products and service
offerings and provide our clients with the best software solutioning.

Your Mission:

• Understand client requirements and provide tailored software solution.
• Driving sales initiatives by developing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Negotiating contracts, pricing, and new deliverables with clients.
• Overseeing account financials, including maintaining account status reports,
forecasting, and ensuring accurate billing.
• Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to
support client needs and optimize solutions.
• Leading and mentoring sales teams, providing training and guidance to achieve sales
goals.
• Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and through
prospecting new clients.
• Preparing and presenting business proposals, sales presentations, and progress
reports to clients and senior management.
• Managing relationships with existing clients and serving as the point of contact for all
account management matters.
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring service delivery aligns with client
expectations and contract terms.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in account management and sales within IT services or related
consulting industries.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software, and consulting services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with attention to
detail.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Leadership capabilities to manage and develop sales teams.
• Strong business acumen to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
