Inside Sales Specialist with 3+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship:

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and
potential clients to maximize software license sales.

• Lead Generation and Qualification:

Generate and follow up on leads from various
sources. Qualify potential customers by assessing their needs, budget, and interest.

• Sales Execution:

Manage the entire sales cycle process from lead generation through
quotations, contract negotiation, pricing and license terms, preparing quotes and
contracts, and order processing. Provide customers with product information,
technical support, and demonstrations.

• Preparing Quotes and Invoices:

Generating and sending initial price quotes and
preparing sales contracts and working closely with finance to prepare invoices for
customers. Ensuring the accuracy of account information, which helps the finance
department invoice correctly.

• Pipeline and CRM Management:

Maintain a robust sales pipeline by using a CRM
system to track all sales activities, leads, sales pipeline, update customer information
& interactions, and ensure timely follow-up.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance,
field sales, and technical support to develop effective sales strategies and ensure
successful client onboarding and satisfaction.

• Sales Target:

Be a part of core Sales by not just bringing Sales Qualified Leads but also
meetings Sales revenue targets. Meet or exceed set sales goals and targets, often tied
to a sales quota.

• Payment Follow-up:

Sending payment reminders, following up on late payments, and
managing the timely collection of outstanding invoices.

• Reporting:

Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and sales
results to management.

• Renewals and Upgrades:

Handle renewals, upgrades, and ensure proactive
communication with customers about license compliance and contract terms.

• Product & Market Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s
software products, solutions, industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings
to effectively position them against competitors.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably in software or technology sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Understanding of software licensing models, compliance and IT environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office, sales management and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a
team.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products and their benefits.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales/technical training is preferred.
