Sales Operations Specialist with 5+ years of experience
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing:
Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, including order
entry & loading, tracking, and fulfilment. Ensure orders are processed accurately and
efficiently. Creation of quotations/proposals, Purchase Orders and Sales Orders. Act as
SPOC for Billing/Invoicing Across all aligned Products.
Data & Reports Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions,
customer information, client data, and vendor registration. Regularly update
information in company database. Maintaining and organising a digital filing system of
contracts, client communication, and sales materials. Make Pending Order Report /
Tracker as per Product-to-Product Requirement coordinating with customers directly
from Data correctness. Oversee and maintain the CRM system/MS Office, ensuring
data accuracy, integrity, and efficient use by the sales team.
Partner/OEM/Vendor/Distributor communication:
End to End Partner Co-Ordination
for Order Loading and Processing. E.g. on Adobe Marketplace, etc. Coordinate with
OEMs and vendors for deal registration and competitive pricing.
Query Management:
Reverting to Partner Basic queries on email – viz – Docket, Invoice
copy, ETA, Billed or non-Billed.
Customer Support:
Provide support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving
issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to address customer
concerns.
Payment Follow-up:
Co-ordinate with Customers for Payment Follow Up.
Audit support:
Ensure availability of all documentation during internal and external QA
audits and collaborated with sales to address and resolve any non-conformance issues.
Team coordination & Cross-functional collaboration:
Manage end to end sales
support operations. Provide administrative support to the sales team. Act as a liaison
between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, finance, logistics.
Ensure seamless communication, alignment, smooth coordination and support overall
business objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement within the sales
workflow. Propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales position.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and sales applications.
• Ability to demonstrate administrative experience quality.
• Enthusiastic towards the role and result oriented.
• Possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and coordination
skills.
• Team player with the ability to maintain company integrity and confidentiality.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
• Understanding of sales processes and IT consulting industry trends.
• An agile mindset to thrive in a startup environment.
